Your Obligations

Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws in connection with your use of this Website.

Unsuitable Content and Conduct

You will not engage in conduct or submit to this Website any Content or other material that is illegal, inaccurate, misleading, misappropriated, infringing, dilutive, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. You will not cause damage, embarrassment or adverse publicity to HostingMatrix.

Functional Compatibility and System Abuse

Users are also prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of any HostingMatrix Site, including without limitation, the following activities: (a) accessing data not intended for such User or logging into a server or account which the User is not authorized to access; (b) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization; (c) attempting to interfere with service to any User, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to any HostingMatrix Site, overloading, "flooding", "spamming", "mailbombing" or "crashing"; or (d) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting. Violations of system or network security may result in civil and/or criminal liability. HostingMatrix will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting Users who are involved in such violations.

In order to ensure a safe and effective experience for all of our customers, HostingMatrix reserves the right to limit the amount of data (including resume views) that may be accessed by You in any given time period. These limits may be amended in HostingMatrix's sole discretion from time to time.

Additional Terms Applicable to HostingMatrix Premium Services

(a) HostingMatrix User Levels. The following are the HostingMatrix User levels:

    * A "Visitor" has not completed the HostingMatrix.org registration process or created an account, but may still compare hosting plans, access the HostingMatrix forum and wiki systems

    * A "Basic Member", after obtaining a HostingMatrix Account, may be contacted by and respond to other Basic Members, and both view and post to the HostingMatrix forum.

    * A "Product Admin", after applying to be the Hosting Plan Admin, may edit and modify features for his/her hosting plans at any time. Product Admin can make his/her Hosting Plans featured or get better positions for their Hosting Plans easily. "Product Admin" is a premium membership.

(b) HostingMatrix Services. HostingMatrix provides two types of services: basic and premium. The following are the HostingMatrix Services:

    * "Basic Service": Compare hosting plans, view and post to the HostingMatrix forum and wiki systems.

    * "Product Admin Service": Edit and modify features for his/her hosting plans at any time. Product Admin can make his/her Hosting Plans featured or get better positions for their Hosting Plans easily. "Product Admin Service" is a premium service.

    * "Featured Listing": Listing is highlighted with RED color, along with an attractive STAR icon in the "Product Menu" zone. Listing is enhanced by yellow background within the comparison results. "Featured Listing" is a premium service.

    * "Better Position": Listing appears within the top of the "Product menu" and rank foremost among the comparison results. "Better Position" is a a premium service.

A HostingMatrix Premium Member has paid for access to Hostingmatrix Premium features, along with an exclusive suite of services and content. The service offerings and pricing are subject to change at any time with or without notification to Premium members.

(c) Termination of HostingMatrix Basic Membership and Service.

These Terms will remain in full force and effect while You are not paid User of HostingMatrix. You may terminate your membership as a Basic Member at any time, for any reason by using the online cancellation tool on HostingMatrix and following the provided instructions. In addition to other causes of termination set forth above, HostingMatrix may terminate your membership for any reason, effective upon sending notice to You at the email address You provide in your HostingMatrix Account, or such other email address as You may later provide to HostingMatrix.

(d) Premium Cancellation.

A User will retain access to the Premium features provided that he or she continues to pay a monthly fee for this access. The User may terminate his or her membership as a HostingMatrix Premium Member at any time, for any reason by using the online cancellation tool or contact HostingMatrix and following the provided instructions. If you cancel your HostingMatrix Premium service within 7 business days from date of purchase, HostingMatrix will provide a full refund. If however, you cancel your HostingMatrix Premium service thereafter you will not be entitled to any refund of fees.

(e) Premium Termination by HostingMatrix.

If HostingMatrix terminates your Premium service because You have breached these Terms or HostingMatrix is unable to verify or authenticate information You have provided, You will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid.

Registration and Passwords

At times, we may or may not require you to have a password and provide registration details to access this Website or portions of this Website. If we do require a password and registration details, the details you provide must be correct, current, and complete. If HostingMatrix believes that the details are not correct, current, and complete, we have the right to refuse you access to the Website, or any of its resources, and to terminate or suspend your account, if any. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password(s) you are given to access this Website, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password(s). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password(s). We reserve the absolute right not to issue a password to any person or entity.

HostingMatrix reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to removal of your User Content from HostingMatrix.org and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access HostingMatrix.org and/or any other services provided to You by HostingMatrix, upon any breach by You of these Terms or if HostingMatrix is unable to verify or authenticate any information You submit to HostingMatrix.org.
