    (3) url of your site
    (4) detailed description that can help us set the features of your product

Ordinarily, hosting plans on HostingMatrix.org are created and maintained by our staff members. However, the features of hosting plans change quickly, they are unable to follow up every changing of the features of your products.

To make HostingMatrix.org reflect your products' newest features instantly, the best way is applying to be the administrator of your products. As the product administrator, you can access the "Product Administration" zone and update product features yourself. In this way, HostingMatrix.org will become your close partner and a part of your marketing strategy.

    Pricing varies depending on the demand. Please check the price for your featured listing in your “Edit products” section and click the "Not featured, get featured" button next to your product. You will not be charged until you place a true order.
    If you haven't applied to be the product administrator and want to know the price for getting featured, simply send an email to sales@hostingmatrix.org with your request.

6. How long will my listing remain Featured?
    You decide it at the time of your order by selecting the service period that may vary from 1 months to 12 months (1 year). For your convenience, you can renew your Featured Listing at any time.

7. How do I get a better position for my product?
    If you are already the product admin, when you are logged into your "Product Admin" zone, it’s easy to get a better position for your hosting plan. Simply go to your “Edit products” section and click the button next to your product, then follow the steps.

8. What is the price for Getting a better position
    Pricing varies depending on the demand and current bid. Please check the price in your “Edit products” section and click the button next to your product. The price shown there is the price for getting the first (top-most) position. You will not be charged until you place a true order.
    If you haven't applied to be the product administrator or you want to get other positions with cheaper price, simply send an email to sales@hostingmatrix.org with your request.

9. What position can I get for my listing?
    Listings are placed based on bid-like rules. The price shown in your “Edit products” section can ensure you get the first position as long as your listing isn't outbidden by someone else. Once your listing is outbidden, it will drop to the second position. However, you can increase your bid by sending email to sales@hostingmatrix.org.

10. How do I see the current position for my listing?
    You can see the current position for your listing in your “Edit products” section. However, if you haven't bid for a better position, what you see might be a temporary position which will be re-randomized periodly.

11. How can I increase bid for my listing?
    Send an email to sales@hostingmatrix.org with necessary information (e.g. inquiry or increase bid, how much do you want to increase) and our sales representative will respond and make a custom offer for you.

12. How long will my listing stay on the top position?
    You decide it at the time of your order by selecting the service period that may vary from 1 months to 12 months (1 year). For your convenience, you can enhance your top position at any time by increasing bid or renewal.

13. What type of payment is accepted for Enhanced Listings?
    Payment can be made via your credit card including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal.

14. Does HostingMatrix accept payments via PayPal for Enhanced Listings?
    Yes.

15. Can I add multiple listings for my different hosting plans?
    Only featured listings may purchase sponsorship of multiple listings for different hosting plans.
